1. General

 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders and services placed via the Shopify store of Beate Katiela – Personal Stylist.

2. Customer Consent and Rights

 

2.1 By placing an order, you agree to these T&Cs.

2.2 Delivery: Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped immediately, usually within 7–10 business days.

2.3 Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days to withdraw from your order, provided the goods are in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

2.4 Damaged Goods: If the goods arrive damaged or unusable, please document this with photos and send the evidence to kontakt@lu-nani.com. We will replace the damaged goods or accept a return.

2.5 Refunds: After a properly processed return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of confirming the return.

 

3. Our Offer

 

3.1 Availability: All items are only available while supplies last. If a product is unavailable, this will be indicated on the respective product page.

3.2 Description: We strive to display products and photos as accurately as possible. Errors are reserved. All prices include VAT (if applicable) and shipping costs.

 

4. Data Protection

 

4.1 We store your data centrally to keep you informed about LU NANI® news. Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

4.2 Users can manage their cookie settings independently.

 

5. Responsibility

 

5.1 We ensure that all products comply with applicable legal regulations.

5.2 Products and services are produced with consideration for people and the environment.

5.3 LU NANI®’s liability is limited to direct damages and the net invoice value of the product. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

 

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

6.1 German law applies exclusively.

6.2 Disputes will be settled exclusively in German courts.

 

7. Warranty

 

7.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

8.2 LU NANI® is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
