Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
• The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipment.
Hygiene Products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened.
For hygiene reasons, this product cannot be returned once the seal has been opened.
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to products such as:
• Body Tape
• Fashion Tape
• Boob Tape
• Nipple Covers
If the protective seal or packaging has been opened, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
• Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Returns that do not meet the return conditions will not be refunded.
• In such cases, the goods will not be sent back to the customer, and any additional shipping costs will not be covered.

Taxes and Customs
According to §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.
Deliveries to non-EU countries (for example Switzerland) are considered tax-free export deliveries.
Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply for international shipments outside the EU, which must be paid by the buyer.
