1. Shipping Areas and Shipping Costs
1.1 Germany (DE)
• Standard shipping: €3.99
• Free shipping for orders over €30.00
1.2 European Union (EU)
• Standard shipping: €8.99
• Free shipping for orders over €40.00
1.3 Switzerland (CH)
• Standard shipping: €8.99
• Free shipping for orders over €50.00
1.4 Other Countries / International
• For shipments to countries not listed above, shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
• The applicable shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout.
2. Shipping Providers and Delivery
2.1 Delivery is usually carried out via DHL or other shipping providers selected by us, unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Packages are generally handed over to the shipping provider within 24 hours of receiving payment.
2.3 We reserve the right to change the shipping provider or delivery area for individual orders if this enables faster delivery to the customer.
3. Taxes, Duties, and Fees
3.1 Small Business Regulation (§19 UStG)
• LU NANI® does not charge VAT, as we apply the German small business regulation under §19 UStG.
• The invoice amount therefore corresponds to the final price without additional VAT.
3.2 Tax-Free Export Deliveries to Non-EU Countries
• Deliveries to non-EU countries, e.g., Switzerland, are considered tax-free export deliveries.
3.3 Duties, Taxes, and Fees Abroad
• For shipments abroad, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply.
• These costs are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient.
3.4 Calculation of Shipping Costs and Taxes
• Shipping costs and any applicable VAT or customs estimates are calculated based on the customer’s location and displayed in the shopping cart.
• During checkout, these values are updated and shown final in the order summary.
4. Changes to Shipping Terms
4.1 We reserve the right to change shipping costs, delivery areas, and shipping providers at any time without prior notice.
4.2 During promotions or special events (e.g., holidays), shipping conditions may be temporarily modified or expanded.
• Example: Free delivery within a specific radius at Christmas.
